As part of the Science & Career Talks, the University of Tübingen is strengthening its gender equality activities within the framework of the Excellence Strategy. In this series, experienced and successful female scientists are invited to Tübingen to share their personal experiences and career paths.
For the next event, we are pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Uschi Backes-Gellner, Professor of Business and Personnel Economics at the University of Zurich (Switzerland).
Her research focuses on Personnel, Education, and Innovation Economics, with particular emphasis on the Economics of Vocational and Professional Education and Training.
The workshop is aimed at female early career researchers, especially in economics, and offers a space to learn, reflect, and exchange ideas in an informal setting.
