AG Burgalossi has openings for a master’s thesis focusing on the neural circuits underlying hippocampal (episodic) memory in mice. The project specifically investigates social memory and involves behavioral assays to assess memory, as well as neuroanatomical and gene expression techniques. Programming skills are a plus.
